Water Fountain:
Over the years, our front entrance (left hand side) water fountain has fallen into disrepair. This is a combination of neglect, apathy, and lack of funding due to non payment of common area fees. We need to fix this!
This is what it used to look like! Let's get it back.
2025 update: the signage (Classic Garden Home) has been repaired, but we are waiting on the village owner to repair the fountain itself.
Unsold Plots
As noted in orange in this image, there are some unsold plots still remaining in the village. Unfortunately, these plots are not being maintained properly.
2025 update: at our next meeting with the village owner, we will discuss and agree on a plan to clear these plots of debris.
Improved Lighting
New lighting has been installed in many areas of the village, including the full entrance, and many of the side sois. This has been a welcomed improvement, and has increased security significantly.
Some of the back sois however in the far back of the village still lack adequate lighting. We will continue to discuss with the owner about getting these streets properlyt illuminated.
